Going to the dentist isn’t always the most exciting experience, but my visit here was truly outstanding. From the warm welcome at the front desk to the friendly and personable hygienist, every step of the appointment made me feel valued as a patient. Dr. BC Alexander was exceptional—he took the time to explain all my options thoroughly and showed genuine understanding and care. It’s clear that this practice prioritizes both professionalism and patient comfort. I’m thrilled to have found a new dentist and actually look forward to my next visit!

I have always been a little apprehensive when going to the dentist. Dr. B.C. Alexander was recommended to me by a close family friend and I knew I needed a few fillings done. I came in and immediately all of my butterflies vanished. I have yet to have a bad experience and plan to keep coming back. Family friendly is the atmosphere! I’m always greeted with a smile by every hygienist and assistant that I pass! 10/10 recommend

The entire staff, Dental Hygienist and Doctors make you feel at Home. Their concern for your comfort while in a Dentist Chair is unprecedented. The relaxing music adds to the relaxed feeling you’ll have while getting Dental work done. I and my Wife have been a patient here since 2007 and we just love it. Y’all should try them, you’ve love it too.

Dr. Alexander was absolutely amazing! The entire staff at this office was also phenomenal. He was very thorough, and explained to me everything he was doing before he did it. I can’t recommend this practice enough!

Drs. Jan T. Bagwell & Jessica J. Johnson are absolutely incredible at what they do. Every single staff member - from the front desk managers to the dental assistants and hygienists, are so friendly. The office space is very clean and welcoming. The doctors, hygienists, and assistants make you feel extremely comfortable and calm during your appointment- you can tell they are all very knowledgeable as well. You even get a little goody bag when you leave:) I HIGHLY recommend this dental practice to all! I guarantee you will have a beyond wonderful experience.
