I saw both Dr Johnston and Dr Bagwell. Honestly, that was the best dental experience I've had. Everything was clearly explained and I didn't feel pressured into treatments or procedures. Both they and their staff were caring and attentive. I'm a little apprehensive about dental work, but they took the sting out. I would highly recommend them.

I can be an anxious dental patient at times. Dr. Bagwell has a calming, compassionate manner that puts me at ease. She goes out of her way to work around any challenge, such as drainage that triggers a tickly cough. She also figured out the inaccurate records, etc, that were transferred to their practice. I like Dr. Johnston, too…just haven’t received her care all that much yet.

They were all very nice and told me in advance what each appointment would entail. I am in my 60’s and the mother daughter team are the best. They are both wonderful as are the staff. Thank you all!

This has been easily the best experience I have ever had with a dentist's office. The staff are courteous and efficient. They provide helpful reminders for appointments and make follow up calls after larger procedures. I have felt known by the staff and they have inquired about specific aspects of my life and family every visit. The work on the teeth seems to be done well. I have never had any complaints about the work they have done. I have never felt guilty about my teeth after an interaction here, only supported and encouraged. Perhaps the best praise I can provide is that my children actually like going to the dentist, and that is definitely because of the actions of the staff and not because I have been teaching them to like visits to the dentist. Full praise for Drs. Bagwell and Johnston and all the staff there.

Awesome & professional! Treat you like family from the minute you walk in until the next day when a followup call comes from the office! Super friendly and genuine atmosphere. I recommend these ladies highly!
